Our client requires a highly organised Finance Administrator to work within a team environment for a global resources based company. This role will be based in Perth CBD and will be a permanent position.
The tasks for this role will include-
• Processing of Accounts payable invoices
• Coordinate and solve queries and problems
• Diners & Visa - new card applications, process limit updates, monitor and process statements
• Accounts Payable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Monitor and process Accounts Receivable and Interco recharges
• Raise Purchase Requisitions and service entries
• Project implementation assistance (i.e. Expense Management System)
• Telstra account coordination
To be successful in this position you will have;
• A minimum of 3-4 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong SAP experience
• Industry experience within mining
• Can work autonomously and within a team environment
• Familiar with correct processes of working for a large company
• Ability to assist with system change and method change implementations
