 This national professional services firm is seeking a highly experience EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join their head office in Sydney.
Supporting the General Manager and small team, your key responsibilities will include :-
- Extensive diary and email management
- Travel arrangements
- Prepare executive presentations and reports
- Organise board and executive meetings including taking minutes
- Organise catering for meetings
- Co-ordinate annual conferences, seminars and client functions
- Taking and distribution of minutes of meetings
- Develop strong working relationship both internally and externally
- Mentor administration staff in the division
To be guaranteed an interview with this leading organisation, you must :-
- Posses previous PA experience in a corporate environment
- Be Intermediate to Advanced level with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Possess a minimum of 65wpm+ typing speed
- Be confident to liaise with people at all levels
- Have proven ability in dealing with confidential information
- Demonstrate strong time management skills
- Possess a friendly, professional and positive demeanour
