Due to rapid growth and internal promotions, our client, a privately owned Australian company within the poultry industry are now seeking a reporting administrator to join the team on a permanent basis, working Monday-Friday. Reporting to the company accountant, you will be responsible for accurately reporting on management and financial figures and meeting deadlines, liaising with other departments across the business in relation to all matters, reconciliation of expenses, sales, stock and production and being the all round administration support and completing any tasks when required. For you to secure the role, you will have: High attention to detail Proven Intermediate- advanced MS Excel skills Strong administration experience Reporting experience Initiative and the right attitude The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in a similar role In return for your experience and hard work, you will be offered a temp to perm position (transition after 3 months) onsite parking, work close to homoe in Laverton, growth opportunities, a challenging role and a competitive salary depending on experience and calibre of candidate.
