A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to assist in the preparation and execution of all payroll related tasks. Duties include:

  • Payroll and timesheet processing
  • Processing new starters and terminations
  • Calculating termination payment entitlements for review
  • Maintain and update employee database
  • Other Adhoc duties as required

Reporting to the Employee Benefits Manager, you will work in a small, family friendly, team environment. You will be able to communicate on all levels within the organisation as well as display a mature and level headed attitude.

 

Imperative to the role will be your understanding of EBA’s & Awards, advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as previous experience in a similar position. Payroll exposure in a small/medium construction business is preferred however, not essential.
