Our client who is a well recognised national company within men’s fashion is expanding their company. Part of this expansion plan includes the hiring of a CPA qualified Finance Accountant to drive the success of their new venture.

Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of 15 – 20 staff
• Managing the newly created credit card reward system
• Ensuring legal compliance is followed
• Ensuring finance operation of business maintained
• Drive growth of the reward point system
• Financial reports for the business
• Working with the marketing team to promote the credit card point system

To be successful for this role you will have the following attributes:

• Be a CPA qualified Finance Accountant
• At least 5 years experience as a Finance Accountant
• Have a strong business acumen and be entrepreneurial
• Be able to see avenues for growth
• Exposure to credit card point reward systems is highly desirable
• Experience within the retail sector would be desirable
