Our client are a large mining company with office locations based south of the river. This newly created role has the opportunity for a temporary to permanent placement.

Job Description

Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Assist with month end processing
• Reporting on capital projects
• Forecasting on equipment
• Variance analysis

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have previous experience working in a similar Analyst role. You will have worked in a large corporate environment preferably in the mining and resources industry. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior members of the operations team. You must have strong Excel modeling skills, be self motived and driven.
