This role incorporates accounts payable and accounts receivable. We are seeking an accounts allrounder with a great attitude to be able to cope with day to day duties within the department. The position offers you a great opportunity to broaden your accounts experience and learn with the business. At this stage it is a temporary position for 3 months although this could be extended. Duties and responsibilities range from: - Batching, coding and sending invoices
- Dealing with Suppliers
- Managing debtors ledger
- Collections of overdue debts
- Customer service to all suppliers and clients
- Ensuring that system and account data is up to date and correct
- Weekly reporting on all active accounts
- General administration duties to ensure record keeping up to date
The ideal candidate will have: - Experience working in a similar role
- Exposure managing a busy office
- Use or experience with Arrow system will be very highly regarded but not essential
- Quick and accurate data entry skills, numeric or alphanumeric
- Great attitude with a team player work ethic
- Ability to work very well under pressure and with deadlines
